BODY CONDITIONING - New Class!

A full workout to strengthen the whole body, targeting legs, bums, stomach and arms.

New classes held on the 18th or 20th will be free of charge.

LYRICAL DANCE- New Class!

Starting Thursday 18th March 2010

4:30 - 5:15pm

Lyrical dance is a dance style that combines elements of ballet, modern and jazz technique. This style of dance is excellent to improve co-ordination, flexibility and strength.

All ages welcome

We held a show at the Wedding Fair at The Village Hotel, Warrington where we demonstrated a Waltz, Salsa and Merangue for couples 'First Dance' at their wedding.

We can also provided a Dance DVD and music for these occasions.
